The second release from the experimental arts collective Under my Feet comes from Incendie – the solo moniker of Berlin-based multimedia artist Arthur Bdt. The artist is known for his work as part of various collaborative projects, such as ATT Corp (with Templer), Human Spine, and Axes of Fire. ‘Relief’ is Bdt’s debut album and acts as a musical diary to express and accept his feelings, marked by grim and abrasive sonics. This work and its composition are based on the need to face fears and uncomfortable emotions, merging contemporary electronic music with metal and noise influences. Incendie defines the record’s sound by blending drone, industrial and deconstructed club sounds with heavy guitar and vocals. ‘Relief’ will be released on Under my Feet on the 29th of October.
We choose to premiere the track Infernal, an apocalyptic industrial inferno, with hostile yet cathartic textures and a metal attitude driven by the killer vocals.
